This is a family-owned establishment co-owned by Nasser Bahhur and Samira Hadi. Combined, they bring over 35 years of experience in the restaurant business. They first introduced the concept of Palestinian cuisine with their first Triangle restaurant, Jerusalem Grill in 2011. They sold the restaurant in 2014 to explore other ventures. However, these two are drawn to connecting with the community through an unforgettable Palestinian cuisine experience and just couldn’t stay away.
